Privacy policy

What we store

Email, alias, interests, languages, text messages, push tokens. We do not store photos, location, age, gender or biometric data.

Why

To provide the service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR — contract). Content moderation (Art. 6.1.f — legitimate interest in protecting other users).

Where we store it

On Google Cloud Platform, europe-west1 region (Belgium). Disks use at-rest encryption managed by Google.

Who has access

Human moderators only with valid reports or court orders. Our sub-processors (OpenAI for moderation, Expo for push) receive only the minimum necessary.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, limitation. Your profile has a button to delete your account. For any additional right, write to privacy@texty.social.

Retention

Messages: 24 months. Reports: 36 months. Accounts inactive for more than 18 months: we notify and delete.

Supervisory authority

You can file a complaint with AEPD (www.aepd.es).
