1. Who we are

Texty is a text messaging service operated by Joan Boluda, a self-employed individual based in Spain.

2. Who can use it

16 or older. By accepting these terms, you declare that you are.

3. What you can do

Exchange text messages with other users. We cannot guarantee any specific use or outcome of the service.

4. What you cannot do

Anything that violates Spanish or European law, harassment, impersonation, spam, or using the service to contact minors.

5. Moderation and suspension

We can suspend accounts that break the rules, with prior notice except in serious cases. You have the right to appeal by writing to abuse@texty.social.

6. Personal data

We handle your data according to the Privacy policy, complying with GDPR. You can delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

We offer the service "as is". We are not liable for conversations between users, but we act quickly on reported abuse.

8. Changes

Any change to these terms will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
